Life starts and end in a circle(cage)

"Life starts and end in a circle(cage)"

Our life starts in an warm battle field, were two species coincide together. Out of several collision, the vital fluid joins together which give life to us, were our life is generated or created.

Then this life starts to grow, in a circular cage, where fluid is filled. Every species knows to swim, because all are swimming in this circular cage.

Our cells gets developed into tissues, organs forming the brain, spin cord which is the main formation of once life, to win this Life from death.

This spinal cord play a great role in once life. Are body is balanced because of this spinal cord., all our glands are located at points along our spinal cords.

Chakras are centers of psychic energy located at points along the spinal cord. They are associated with the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether. Each chakra corresponds to a specific sound (mantra) and geometric pattern (yantra). Through meditation on these chakras we can gain mastery over our body and each corresponding element.

Human life is a combination of the Physical, Astral and Causal Bodies. Of these, the physical body alone is perceptible to our senses. The astral body is formed by the association of the infinitesimal energy particles, and is known as the life-force. The third one is the causal (magnetic) body.

Astral Body:

The outer layer of man is the physical body. The inner layer is the “Astral Body”, which is the aggregate of the life force particles that penetratingly circulate throughout the physical structure.

Causal Body:
The third layer of man is the “Causal Body”. This is the aggregate total of the bio-magnetism existing and functioning in the physical body.

Genetic Center:
he formation of the genetic center and its miraculous functions of compressing all physical and mental waves to infinitesimal volume, as well as storing and reproducing everything like a computer is explained. The great value of the genetic center in its capacity to enable man to evolve toward perfection of consciousness is also revealed.

The reactions which carried out inside us is the reaction carried out in this universe.

Energy transfer takes place in universal Magnetism as well as in Bio-Magnetism based on five wave functions. They are,

1. Clash.
2. Reflection.
3. Refraction.
4. Interaction.
5. Penetration.

These five wave functions play a major role in the formation of magnetic imprints.

Lesson For Life

What makes you better than me
Who are you to think of me the way you do?
who gave you the right to rant about me?
Tell me who deemed you the man or the judge?
Why do you hold in so much jealousy?
Who are you to stare and make fun and make me your next casualty?
You silly little person what makes you think in anyway that you are better than me?
Material things you may have more of
but that is not what makes me.
I am a very beautiful person inside and I am filled with nothing but generosity.
So when and if you ever wizen up
and begin to understand that there is more to life then cruelty.
you will come to this place where I am at.
Filled with love, joy, everlasting happiness and much assurance.
Hopefully you can see past all the hurt that you are spitting out.
Come on it's time to grow up and understand what this life is really about
Because money and things don't make a person only
Your inside makes who you are
Don't continue to be so harsh to others
learn to shine brighter than that shooting star
So again I must ask of you be true to who you really are
In everyway I think of you as a beautiful person
so what makes you so much better than me?
What Makes You Better Than Me?

Spiritual Journey of Our Life

Across from the mountains,
A little house sits in the tree's,
I'm lost in tranquility,
As my soul tries to breath.

White clouds moving slowly,
The breeze a calm still,
I'm caught in the moment,
As my heart starts to heal.

A piece of me,
In the startling blue sky,
As I spread my wings,
My soul starts to fly.

I fly to unknown places,
Where pain and hurt once dwelled,
As the memories flow pass me,
My eyes start to swell.

Tear drops drip slowly,
Down my cheeks,
The wind wipes them dry,
And gives me some peace.

Soaring so free,
Over water and land,
My Spirit Guide gently,
Takes me by my hand.

He shows me what was,
And what's meant to be,
And why my life,
Is so important it seems.

A long soar,
Like the eagle high,
I bow my head,
And I start to cry.

Back on the land,
Across from the tree's,
I began to realize,
What healing means.

It mean's not to forget,
Let the past flow,
Of all the horrors,
One soul had to go.

To take the strengths,
And apply them to life,
Is a valuable lesson,
I've learnt this flight.

Alone in the sunset,
I watch it go down,
When I finally realize,
What peace I have found.

Life in the Womb - Normal Labor and Delivery

Parturition is the birth process of the baby. Labor begins with involuntary uterine contractions that first result in effacement and dilation of the cervix, and then, in conjunction with voluntary bearing-down of the mother, the progress of the baby down the birth canal. Crowning is the presentation of the baby's head at the introitus or vaginal opening. Delivery occurs with the complete birth of the baby!

Five essential factors influence the process of labor: the baby or the passenger, the size of the birth canal, or "passageway," the "power" or strength, frequency, and duration of uterine contractions, the position of the placenta, and the psychologic state of the mother.

Vertex and Breech Presentations

The ideal situation is for the baby to be in a longitudinal or vertical lie and to present head first in the birth canal, or vertex presentation. Delivery may be difficult if the baby is in a vertical lie but a breech presentation. Breech presentations are called frank when the pelvic sacrum enters first, complete when the pelvis and both feet enter, and footling when one foot enters the birth canal. Delivery is impossible if the baby is in transverse lie, and this generally leads the obstetrician to surgically remove the baby by Caesarean Section.

There are three traditional stages to labor.

The first stage occurs from the beginning of uterine contractions to the complete dilatation of the cervix. The beginning of labor often coincides with "show," the discharge of the mucus plug of the cervix, and the "water breaking," the release of amniotic fluid with the rupture of the amniotic sac. Effacement of the cervix means the thinning of the cervix, and dilatation refers to the widening of the cervical diameter from 1 cm to 10 cm, to allow for the progress of the baby down the birth canal.

The second stage lasts from full dilatation of the cervix with transition down the birth canal, to the actual delivery of the baby. Progress in the descent of the presenting part (usually the head) is determined by vaginal examination until crowning occurs. The location of the head in relation to the ischial spines is designated the station, and is a mean of determining the progress of the baby down the birth canal. The level of the ischial spines is considered to be station 0, and the position of the head is described in centimeters minus (-1 to -5) above the spines or plus (+1 to +5) below the spines.

Delivery of the Infant

Once crowning (A) occurs, gentle delivery of the head (B) follows. Gentle downward traction brings descent and then delivery of the anterior shoulder (C). Subsequent gentle upward traction allows delivery of the posterior shoulder (D). The rest of the body easily follows once the shoulders are delivered, and the newborn is here!
The baby enters the world of relationship!

The third stage occurs from the delivery of the baby to the delivery of the placenta.

LIFE IN THE WOMB - An Medical View

Individual life begins with conception by the union of the couple's sex cells or gametes. The 23 chromosomes of the paternal sperm (male pronucleus) fuses with the 23 chromosomes of the maternal oocyte (egg or female pronucleus) at fertilization to create a single cell embryo or zygote containing 46 chromosomes. The fertilization process takes about 24 hours.

The new human zygote has the inherent capacity or potential to become a fully rational and cognizant person!

Each one represents a unique, irreplaceable, never-to-be-reduplicated human being!

The Pre-embryonic Period extends from the moment of fertilization of the ovum to the 4th week after conception. During this phase, the zygote undergoes continual cell division, implants in the uterus, and forms the primary germ layers, which give rise to the organs of the human body.

The zygote begins dividing about every 12-20 hours , first into 2 cells called blastomeres. The blastomeres divide repeatedly without growth and thus decrease in size. By three days division into 16 cells has taken place, and the zygote assumes the shape of a mulberry, becoming known as a 16 cell morula. The morula then leaves the fallopian tube and enters the uterine cavity three to four days after fertilization. Cell division continues, and a cavity known as a blastocele forms in the center of the morula. With the appearance of the cavity in the center, the entire structure is now called a blastocyst.

The presence of the blastocyst indicates that two cell types are forming: the embryoblast (inner cell mass on the inside of the blastocele), and the trophoblast (the cells on the outside of the blastocele). The inner cell mass becomes the embryo, and the trophoblast becomes the placenta. The blastocyst implants into the endometrial lining of the uterus via its trophoblast from the 7th to 10th day after fertilization.

The pre-embryonic period includes the formation of the three primary germ layers, the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm, from which come the organs of the human body.

The Embryonic Period is characterized by dramatic cell differentiation from the fourth through the eighth week, so that the beginnings of all essential structures of the human body are present.

A fully recognizable human embryo is complete after the eighth week!
The human embryo now measures just over one inch long and weighs about 4.5 grams.

The Fetal Period lasts from the ninth week to the 38th week after conception, and is characterized by rapid growth. Viability is the time when the fetus can live outside of the womb, independently of the mother.

Prematurity is defined when an infant is born before 37 weeks of gestational age. With modern neonatal units, extremely premature babies may survive at 23-25 weeks gestation (21-23 weeks embryonic growth), although there is a high risk of permanent handicap. Premature infants with very low birth weight are those who weigh 1500 grams (3.307 pounds) or less; those with extremely low birth weight weigh 1000 grams (2.205 pounds) or less. The decision to resuscitate or offer comfort care for the extremely premature infant is a complex one: the goal to care should be one that will increase survival and decrease the prevalence of disability among survivors. The likelihood of a favorable outcome with intensive care can be better estimated by consideration of four factors in addition to gestational age: female sex, exposure to antenatal steroids, single birth, and higher birth weight in 100 gram increments (Note: one gram = 0.002205 pounds; one pound = 453.59 grams). 11

As physicians do not know when fertilization occurs, we measure the term of the baby from the first day of the last menstrual period, which is approximately two weeks prior to fertilization, and this is known as the Gestational Age. Thus while the human takes 38 weeks (266 days) to develop in the womb prior to birth, the Gestational Age is given as 40 weeks (280 days) or 10 lunar months (each lunar month being 28 days), or roughly 9 calendar months and 7 days. This time is divided into the three trimesters of pregnancy, lasting 3 months each. The expected Due Date for delivery, or EDC (Estimated Date of Confinement), is calculated by adding 7 days to the first day of the last menstrual period and then subtracting 3 months. For example, if the pregnant patient's first day of her last menstrual period was February 1, then her due date is November 8.

Physicians have three primary means of detecting pregnancy - the physical examination of the mother, the pregnancy test, and the ultrasound.

The trophoblast after implantation begins secreting the protein HCG, human chorionic gonadotropin. All pregnancy tests - home urine and hospital serum pregnancy tests - detect this protein at varying degrees of sensitivity. Since implantation occurs 7-10 days after conception, a serum pregnancy test may detect pregnancy as early as 7-10 days after conception, and almost certainly within two weeks of conception, or 4 weeks of gestational age. Once implantation occurs, human chorionic gonadotropin doubles every 1.4 to 2.0 days.

The ultrasound has become a most valuable tool in assessing life in the womb. The earliest definitive finding on ultrasound is the gestational sac, which may be detected from 4-6 weeks of gestation.
The heartbeat may be detected on ultrasound as early as 6 weeks of gestation! The baby's heartbeat may be heard with a stethoscope by 16 to 19 weeks of gestation. The normal fetal heart rate ranges from 120 to 160 beats per minute.

A fully-formed baby can readily be seen on ultrasound by the first trimester of pregnancy.

Awake-your-kundalini-shakthi - Nadis

In addition to the seven chakras of the subtle body, the Tantras have described a network of subtle channels known as Nadis. According to the tantric treatise Shiva Samhita, there are fourteen principal nadis. Of these, Ida, Pingala and Sushumna
are considered the most important.

Ida is the left channel. Ida is white, feminine, cold, represents the moon and is associated with the river Ganga (Ganges). Originating in Muladhara, Ida ends up in the left nostril. Pingala is the right channel. Pingala is red, masculine, hot,
represents the sun and is associated with the river Yamuna. Originating in Muladhara, Pingala ends up in the right nostril. Sushumna is the central channel and is associated with the river Saraswati. Running up the body from just below
Muladhara chakra to Sahasrara chakra at the crown of the head.

Muladhara is the meeting place of the three main nadis and is known as Yukta Triveni (Yukta : "combined", tri : "three", veni : "streams"). In Muladhara, Shakti, the static unmanifested Kundalini, is symbolized by a serpent coiled into three and a half circles around the central axis Svayambhu-linga at the base of the spine. The serpent lies blocking the entrance to Sushumna, the central channel with his mouth. Sushumna remains closed at its lower end as long as Kundalini is not awakened.

The technique of Kundalini Yoga consists in using Prana (the vital air), guiding its circulatory movement through Ida and Pingala down to the base of the spine into the space where Kundalini lies coiled. Shakti Kundalini will then awaken and rise up Sushumna, energizing the seven chakras.

From Muladhara chakra, Ida and Pingala alternate at each chakra until they reach Ajna chakra where they meet again with Sushumna.

In Ajna chakra the meeting of the three main nadis is called Mukta Triveni (Mukta : "liberated"). Continuing beyond Ajna chakra, Ida and Pingala end in the left and right nostrils respectively.

Once the Kundalini Shakti has ascended through Sushumna to Sahasrara, the highest psychic center at the crown of the head, it is made to reverse its course and return to rest in the base center again.

Awake your Kundalini Shakti - Introduction

According to the philosophy of Tantra, the entire universe is a manifestation of pure consciousness. In manifesting the universe, this pure consciousness seems to become divided into two poles or aspects, neither of which can exist without the other.

One aspect, Shiva, is masculine, retains a static quality and remains identified with unmanifested consciousness. Shiva has the power to be but not the power to become or change.

The other aspect, Shakti, is feminine, dynamic, energetic and creative. Shakti is the Great Mother of the universe, for it is from her that all form is born.

According to Tantra, the human being is a miniature universe. All that is found in the cosmos can be found within each individual, and the same principles that apply to the universe apply in the case of the individual being.

In human beings, Shakti, the feminine aspect is called Kundalini. This potential energy is said to rest at the base of the spinal cord. The object of the Tantric practice of Kundalini-yoga is to awaken this cosmic energy and make it ascend through the psychic centres, the chakras, that lie along the axis of the spine as consciousness potentials. She will then unite above the crown of the head with Shiva the pure consciousness. This union is the aim of Kundalini-yoga: a resolution of duality into unity again, a fusion with the Absolute. By this union the adept attains liberation while living which is considered in Indian life to be the highest experience: an union of the individual with the universe.

In Tantrism the state of ultimate bliss is a transcendence of dualities male-female, energy-consciousness, Shiva-Shakti...

Vallalar Secret Points - Power of Grace

This is the secret of "Thiruarutpa" by Vallalar. He had told the big secret in his songs. I have gave the values of those songs in my knowledge.

Here Arul means Grace - Power of the Almighty.

“With out Arul” single atom can’t be moved.(977-978)

”Arul” itself will do everything. We need not do anything. This is true (979-980)

"Arul" Discipline is the Clear Discipline - Other Disciplines are tempted one. (981-982).

If "Arul" is there, one piece can do five works (Padaithal, Kathal, Alithal, Maraithal, and Arulal). yes, this possible.(983-984)

"Arul" Knowledge (arivu) - is the only Knowledge - Other Knowledge are tempted one.(985-986)

"Arul" Pleasure (sugam) only "Endless Eternal Pleasure"(987-988)

If "Arul" is there, we can get the answer for Who Am I ?(993-994)

By "Arul" only, we can get anything and everything is possible.(995-996)

"Arul" Structure (vadivu) is only indestructible Structure.(997-998)

Saint Vallalaarin Gnanasarikai: Song 2

Fortunes in time, parents or kith and kin, possessions

Or worldly chorus last not in aid forever; Oh my folks dear!

I speak for you all to say- Do not deem or disdain these,

My words as folly. See this a moment opportune to seek

And say in deep devotion and all humility - Thou aught the

Sweetest cane to chew and cheery; the ripe fruit, the honey

Combed in Nature, the real truth to reach, the Bliss in me,

A pearl beyond price, unique master of vast space, the

Treasure of compassion, the ultimate resort and virtues pure

What are the four margams?

*Sanmargam* is composed from the four arts or discipline

1. *SIRIYA : *The art of divine service in daily life.

2. *Kiriyai :* The art to perform Divine devotion or prayer, feeding
the poor who have nothing is another form of action.

3. *YOGAM:* The are of the truth path of communication or yoga is to
live in a good and excellent way.

4. *GNAANAM:* The art of the truth path of wisdom is to live absolute
felicity while anchoring into the inner light with the Divine grace
presence, this is true knowledge.

*In the presence of Divine Grace.*

Then it is important that to arrive at the level of Suddha Sanmargam it is necessary to pass 12 levels of experiences which include the first three levels of experience described below. These three levels are each time associated to the four art described above, 3 times 4 equal 12. They result is to attain the 4th level Saayuchiyam, the integrate union with god..

*The four levels of experience;*

*SAALOKAM Live in god world.*
*SAAMIPAM; Live near god.*
*SAARUPAM; Live in the self consciousness that we are the same as god.*
*SAAYUCHIYAM; Reach the united union and the unity with god.*

***The united union refers to the inner divinity realization: saarupam.*

This is union must be associated with the outer god. Saayuchiyam the believe in the Divine Godhead or a higher force which induces the decent of grace. Anchor in the physical body.

We have the four levels of experience that are combining with the four
Margams.

The four Margams are:

1. *Dhaasamargam*
2. *Satputhramaragam*
3. *Sahamargam*
4. *Sanmargam*

We can compare the meaning of the four Margams in the Indian tradition;

1. *Become the servant of God.*
2. *Become the son of God*
3. *Become the friend of God*
4. *Become god himself*

Vallalar gives this meaning to the four Margams

1. *Become the servant of all living creatures*
2. *Becomes the son of all living creatures*
3. *Consider all living creatures as your friends and same for
the opposite*
4. *Consider the life of all creatures as your life.*

In each Margam we have the four arts, 4 times 4 eaual 16types of experience or levels of evolution.

For example in Sanmargam we have the art of Sariya, Kiriya, Yogam and Gnaam, It is the same for the other three Margams.

Saint Vallalaarin Gnanasarikai: - Song 1

Oh come on all of thee in mundane life, worldly knowledge;

Contemplate, muse, sense, feel and flex to tender love

That brims and flows with affection to spring out tears that

Drench, soak, shape and form ourselves in compassion

To extol in ecstasy and acclaim the Nectar of Grace, the

Wealth of virtues, Sovereign path of wisdom, Lord our dear;

To seek and attain an eternal life of bliss, sans death,

And enter in time the golden temple of conscious congregation;

This is no fiction or falsehood but virtual truth I bequeath.

Life in my View

Sometimes people come into your life
and you know right away that they were meant to be there,
they serve some sort of purpose,
teach you a lesson
or help figure out who you are
and who you want to become.

You never know who these people may be:
your neighbour, child, long lost friend, lover, or even a complete stranger
who, when you lock eyes with them,
you know at that very moment that they will affect your life
in some profound way.

And sometimes things happen to you
and at the time they seem painful and unfair,
but in reflection you realise
that without overcoming those obstacles
you would have never realised
your potential strength, will power, or heart.

Everything happens for a reason.
Nothing happens by chance
or by means of good or bad luck.
Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity,
all occur to test the limits of your soul.

Without these small tests,
whether they be events, illnesses, or relationships,
life would be like a smoothly paved straight flat road to nowhere,
safe and comfortable,
but dull and utterly pointless.

The people you meet who affect your life
and the successes and downfalls you experience
create who you are,
and even the bad experiences can be learned from;
In fact, they are probably the poignant and important ones.

If someone hurts you, betrays you , or breaks your heart,
forgive them,
for they have helped you learn about trust
and the importance of being cautious
to whom you open your heart...

If someone loves you,
love them back unconditionally,
not only because they love you,
but because they are teaching you to love
and opening your heart and eyes to things
you would have never seen or felt without them.

Make every day count.
Appreciate every moment
and take from it everything that you possibly can,
for you may never be able to experience it again...

Talk to people you have never talked to before,
and actually listen,
let yourself fall in love,
break free and set your sights high...

Hold your head up
because you have every right to.
Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself....
for if you don't believe in yourself,
no one else will believe in you either.
You can make of your life anything you wish.

Create your own life
and then go out and live it!
"Live Each Day As If It Were Your Last...
Tomorrow is Not Promised"

You cannot do kindness too soon
because you never know how soon it will be too late...

Tomorrow is Not Promised......

Sahasrara Crown Chakra

Speaking of the Sahasrara, the lotus of a thousand leaves, is completely obsolete, because it's a pure philosophical concept. Without any substance to us. It is above all experience. In Ajna there is still the experience of the self that is seemingly different from the object, the God. But in Sahasrara there is no difference. The next conclusion could be that there is no object, no God, there is nothing but Brahman. There is no experience because it is One, without a second. It is asleep, it is not, and that is why it is nirvana. (non-dual)

wiki:
Sahasrara is positioned above the head or at the top of it and it has 1000 petals which are arranged in 20 layers each of them with 50 petals. For a discussion about the petal count see also petal (chakra) Sahasrara chakra symbolizes detachment from illusion; an essential element in obtaining supramental consciousness of the truth that one is all and all is one. Often referred as thousand-petaled lotus, it is said to be the most subtle chakra in the system, relating to pure consciousness, and it is from this chakra that all the other chakras emanate. When a yogi is able to raise his or her kundalini, energy of consciousness, up to this point, the state of samadhi, or union with God, is experienced. In the West, it has been noted by many occultists[attribution needed] that Sahasrara expresses a similar archetypal idea to that of Kether in the kabbalistic tree of life, which also rests at the head of the tree, and represents pure consciousness and union with god.

Ajna Third Eye Chakra - Winged Seed

Ajna Third Eye Chakra - Winged Seed

The Sixth Chakra is the Ajna, and looks like a winged seed, it does not contain an animal symbol. Instead of the dark germinating seed, it is here in full light, the white beaming light, completely conscious. In other words the God that was asleep in Muladhara, is completely awoken. The only reality, and because of that this center is called the situation in which one is united with Shiva. One could say this is the center of the mystic union with God. I mean that absolute reality where you are nothing but psychic reality, and yet confronted with the psychic reality that you are not. And that is god. God is the eternal psychic object. God is simply a word for non-me. In Vishudda the psychic reality was still opposite of the physical reality. That's why we still used the help of the white elephant to distinguish reality from the psyche. Psychic facts still found a place within us, even though they had their own lives. But in the Ajna center the psyche grows wings. Here you know you are nothing but psyche.

wiki:
Ajna is considered the chakra of the mind. When something is seen in the mind's eye, or in a dream, it is being 'seen' by Ajna. Residing in the Chakra, according to some beliefs, is the deity Ardhanarishvara a hermaphrodite form of Shiva-Shakti, symbolising the primordial duality of Subject and Object, and the deity Hakini Shakti is also present in this chakra. In kundalini yoga, different practices are said to stimulate the Ajna chakra, including Trataka (steady gazing), Shambhavi Mudra (gazing at the space between the eyebrows), and some forms of Pranayama (breath exercises). Various occultists[attribution needed] have tried to make kabbalistic associations with Ajna, and it has been associated variously with the sephirah Kether, Da'at and the primal duality of Chokmah and Binah (who represent a similar archetypal concept to that of Shiva and Shakti in tantric cosmology).

Vishuddha Throat Chakra

Vishuddha Throat Chakra - Ether Element - White Elephant

Here one rises above the emperic world, and lands into a world of concepts. With certainty we realise our psychic existence as the only reality through experience. Another way to look at the series of chakras would be that ist is like climbing form rude matter to a fine or psychic form. It is where Tantra Yoga and Western Alchemy intersect, the transmutation of crude matter to the subtle form of spirit.

As people learn in Anahata that their feelings should be based on facts and not on assumptions, people must un-learn this when passing to Vishuddha. One even would have to recognize that psychic facts have nothing to do with material ones. For instance the anger you feel toward someone or something, how justified it may be, is not caused by external causes. It is a phenomenon onto itself. In other words: Your worst enemy may be in yourself.

If you've reached this stadium, you're leaving Anahata, because you have succeeded in loosening the absolute unification of the material external facts with the internal or psychic facts. Whatever you experience, whatever adventure you live in the external world: it is all your own experience. The entire game of the world is your personal experience.

In Vishudda we reach above our contemporary ideas of the world, in a certain sense we reach out to the etheric plane. It is as if a rocket has propelled us into space, a space where the psychic reality is the only reality. This world will be reached if we succeed to build a symbolic bridge between the most abstract ideas of physics and the most abstrac ideas of analytical psychology.
Here the (white) Elephant reappears in Vishudda, where it does not carry the Earth but it supports the things we think are the most unreal, the most fleeting, namely human thought. It is as if the Elephant makes realities of concepts. We recognize that our concepts are none other than our imagination, producs of our feeling or reason, abstractions or comparisons that are not supported by any physical phenomenon. That what unites them all, what expresses them all, is the concept of energy. According to Chakra Symbolism, the power of the Elephant is now granted to psychic realities, that our reason would like to consider as pure abstractions.

For instance it is in reality impossible to bring forth a concept of God, because it is not a physical concept. It has nothing to do with experience in space and time, and because of that you can not expect an effect. But if you have the psychic experience, if the psychic experience imposes itself on you, then you understand and you can make a concept out of it. The abstraction, or projection, the concept of God, then comes from experience. And psychic facts are the reality tin Vishudda.

wiki:
Vishuddha is associated with the faculty of higher discrimination, between choosing what is right and wrong, and it is associated with creativity and self-expression. It is known as the 'poison and nectar' centre, closely related to the Bindu chakra, and the secret of immortality is said to reside there. When Vishuddha is closed, we undergo decay and death. When it is open, negative experience is transformed into wisdom and learning.

Anahata Heart Chakra

Anahata Heart Chakra - Air Element - Antelope/Gazelle

The situation of Earth is released into the Air, disattachment with the Earthly realm. Mindfulness, you are no longer identifying with your emotions and desires. Individuation! Becoming what is not 'me': The Self, the transpersonal. Where psychic things have their origins. The me is an appendage of the Self. Realising values. The beginning of Purusa, the essence, the "Self" which pervades the universe.

Individuation means: becoming what is not me, nobody understands what the Self is, because the Self is exactly that which you are not, it is not the me, the me is merely an appendage of the Self.
As Saint Paul said: I live, but not me, Christ (consciousness, Buddha consciousness) lives within me. In which he meant his life became an objective one, not his own, but the life of one that is higher, of the Purusa.

The purusa is identical with the psychic substance of your thoughts and values or feeling. In recognizing feelings and ideas you witness purusa. This is the first suspicion of a being withing your physiological and psychological existence that is not yourself; a being that encapsulates you, that's bigger and more important than you are, but has an entirely psychic existence.

In Manipura still don't know where we are, we are still with our feet on the earth in Muladhara, but in Anahata they are lifted from the surface through the air element.Animus, spirit, comes from the greek anemos, which means wind. And pneuma, mind, is also greek for wind. Arabic ruch = wind or soul or mind. Hebrew = ruach is mind and wind. With your last breath the spirit leaves the body.

Instead of following your impulses, you could think of a ceremony where you can distance yourself from your emotions and observe them and rise above them. You stop yourself in a wild moment and ask yourself: why am I acting this way? When one discovers one can release themselves from emotion: he becomes a real human.
Crossing from Manipura to Anahata is quite difficult because the recognition that the psyche acts on its own, that it really is something other than yourself, is extraordinarily hard to realise and admit. Because it means that consciousness that you call yourself has a border. However if you understand it in the right manner, then - as Tantra Yoga shows - this recognition of the psychogenic factor is in fact the first recognition of Purusa.
The Antelope or Gazelle, again a transformation of the original power, it resembles the ram somewhat, though it is not domesticated as the ram, and it's not an animal of sacrifice. It is not an agressive animal, to the contrary it is shy and slippery, very lightfooted. It's gone in a glimpse of an eye. If you encounter a hurd of them you are amazed at how fast they all vanish again. They seem to fly with great leaps through the air. There are antelopes in Africa that can jump six to ten meters, like they have wings. Light as the air, and just touch the earth here and there. An animal of the earth but seemingly released from gravity. Perfectly symbolizing the power and lightness of the psychic substance: thought and feeling. Closely resembling the unicorn, a symbol of the holy spirit. (Also symoblized by the Green Lion - green is the color of Anahata.)

wiki:
Anahata is associated with the ability to make decisions outside of the realm of karma. In Manipura and below, man is bound by the laws of karma, and the fate he has in store for him. In Anahata, one is making decisions, 'following your heart', based upon one's higher self, and not from the unfulfilled emotions and desires of lower nature. The 'wish-fulfilling tree', kalpa taru, resides here, symbolising the ability to manifest whatever you wish to happen in the world. It is also associated with love and compassion, charity to others, and forms of psychic healing.

Manipura Solar Plexus Chakra

Manipura Solar Plexus Chakra - Fire element - Ram

Passed through the water, the Sun arises. The first light after baptising. The Pharao climbs in the sun-bark of Ra, travels through the night and conquers the snake, after which he rises together with God and sails heaven in al eternity. After baptising you go straight into hell. Because what is passion, what are emotions? There is the source of Fire, there is the abundance of energy. Someone who is not on fire is nothing, he is ridiculous, 2-dimensional. He has to be on fire, even if he makes a fool of himself. There has to be a fire, otherwise there is no light, no warmth, nothing.

Rebirth, you receive the immortal soul you at first did not posess, you are a twice-born. Like Jesus you are now no longer a simple personality, but a non-personality or symbolic personality, you now belong to the entire world, which is somewhat more important than the role of being the son of Joseph and Marie!

Manipura is the center of identification with God, where one is part of the divine substance. You are now already part of timelesness, no longer merely 3-dimensional, but now belonging to a fourth-dimensional order of things where space does not exist and time is not - but only eternity exists. We see a new image of ourselves.
The Ram is a far less imposing creature than the elephant or leviathan/crocodile, when this evolutionary stage is reached, it is relatively easy to quell the passions, subdue the ram, and proceed to the Anahata Heart Chakra. The ram is Aries, the house of Mars: the firy planet of the passions, impulsiveness, violence etc. It is again the elephant but in a new form. Not longer the unovercomable power but an animal of sacrifice, the small sacrifice of the passions. The danger has become less, your passions are a lesser danger than drowning in the unconscious.

wiki:
It is positioned at the navel region and it has ten petals which match the vrittis of spiritual ignorance, thirst, jealousy, treachery, shame, fear, disgust, delusion, foolishness and sadness. Manipura is associated with dynamism, energy, and will-power. It is associated with the power of fire, and digestion. Manipura is said to radiate and distribute prana to the rest of the body.
