Our next topic will be on thoughts. Secrets behind thoughts, why our mind is thinking always. We can able ideal without thinking. Why this happens? Where thoughts are created, is it imagination or is there any value for each of our thoughts, if so what are the effects and causes for our thoughts. We will be seeming the hidden secrets of thoughts and how to rule it and gain energy from it. Wait for my next post.

Secret of Spinal Cord and Human Energy
Secret of Spinal Cord and Human Energy, to understand this first we need to know a few things about our spinal cord. Its a normal science which everyone needs to know to understand ourselves. SPINAL COLUMN is made up of 33 bones 7 vertebrae in the cervical region (C1-C7), 12 in the thoracic region (Th1-Th12), 5 in the lumbar region (L1-L5), 5 in the sacral region and 4 in the coccyges region.
The Central Nervous System (CNS) is composed of the brain, brain stem and spinal chord. It is responsible for processing every sensation and thought you experience.
The Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) consists of twelve pairs of cranial nerves which emerge from the brain and 31 pairs of spinal nerves which emerge form the spinal cord. These nerves travel from every organ, cell and tissue to the brain and then back down from the brain and exit the spinal cord at very specific areas. The spinal cord is the main pathway for information between the CNS and PNS. Nerves called the spinal nerves or nerve roots come off the spinal cord and pass out through a hole in each of the vertebrae called the foramen (meaning "opening") to carry the information from the spinal cord to the rest of the body, and from the body back up to the brain.
When one Chakra is out of balance it cannot created a blended free flow of energy through the Chakras and thus physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, we become out of balance. If one endocrine gland is not functioning properly, it affects all the others, particularly the pituitary and hypothalamus. The proper functioning of all of the endocrine glands is essential to balance all their corresponding Chakras, which then creates the potential for physical, emotional, mental health, as well as spiritual transcendence and enlightenment.
There are 7 (seven) systems of the organism and 156 organs.
In this above list the ENDOCRINE/SPINE Set are 7 tuning forks designed to work with each of the endocrine glands of the human body as well as specific regions of the spinal column. The endocrine glands are the pineal, pituitary/hypothalamus, thyroid/parathyroids, thymus, pancreas, gonads, and adrenals. These frequencies have been determined to bring balance and harmony to the hormones secreted by the Endocrine glands and to the Endocrine glands themselves, as well as the spinal cord and spinal nerves. This system regulates the body's major continuous and prolonged functions including growth and development, cellular metabolism, energy, blood balance of nutrients, reproduction, water and electrolytes, and the body's defenses against stress. The Central Nervous System (CNS) is composed of the brain, brain stem and spinal chord. - URINE-GENITAL SYSTEM
- RESPIRATORY SYSTEM
- OSSEOUS-JOINTS SYSTEM
Each of the endocrine glands corresponds with one of the 7 main Chakras. The endocrine glands transmit energy directly to the Chakras and vice versa. It is important to note that ALL the Chakras and glands are of equal importance for spiritual development. When one Chakra is out of balance it cannot created a blended free flow of energy through the Chakras and thus physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, we become out of balance. Lets see single glands and there control over our energy level in our body. If you start to understand the basic working of our body, we can easily understand many things hidden within us, so lets see the science between our Spinal Cord & how to increase our energy level by the help of stimulating the 7 glands.
The Pineal Gland - Crown Chakra:
The pineal gland is considered a master gland (as is the pituitary gland/hypothalamus), both being responsible for the regulation of all the other endocrine glands. The pineal gland secretes the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is stimulated by Darkness and inhibited by Light.
Melatonin regulates sleep-wake cycles, breathing cycles, and our awareness of the time of day and the seasons via the degree of light coming through the retina of the eyes. Spiritually, the pineal gland is associated with both the Crown & 3rd Eye Chakras. Some believe it to be like an antenna or satellite dish receiving cosmic energies through the Crown Chakra.
The mid-brain is the highest part of the brain stem, which is an extension of the spinal cord. The pineal gland is located in the mid-brain behind the thalamus and hangs from the roof of the 3rd ventricle of the brain. The mid-brain is is part of the brain stem and joins lower parts of the brain stem and spinal cord with higher parts of the brain. Though not directly connected to the spine, it does affect the entire spine especially in relation to motor coordination and posture.
The Pituitary Gland & Hypothalamus - Ajna Chakra:
The pituitary gland is a double-lobed pea sized gland nestled in the spheroid bone at the roof of the nose. The spheroid bone is the only bone that connects to all the other bones of the cranium and its movement is responsible for "milking" the pituitary gland to secrete its hormones. There is also a direct connection between the spheroid bone and the coccyx, so therefore also between the pituitary/hypothalamus and adrenal glands.
The pituitary gland is a master gland, (as is the pineal gland), and produces hormones that specifically affect all the other endocrine glands. It has been called the "General's Headquarters". The hypothalamus controls pituitary function, "central processing unit" for the whole hormonal system.Another metaphor is that the hypothalamus is the CEO, which directs the President, the pituitary gland, to process messages via hormones to and from the other endocrine glands.
Interaction with the 3rd Eye and Crown Chakras will directly affect the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. You may also connect with both by making contact with the outer tips of the sphenoid bone. The medulla oblongata works directly with the hypothalamus and thus the pituitary gland. Both the hypothalamus and medulla oblongata are responsible for controlling involuntary processes such as the regulation of the heartbeat, breathing, constriction and dilation of blood vessels, and body temperature. The medulla oblongata is integral in the transmission of nerve impulses between the spinal cord and the higher brain centers, including the pituitary gland. Medulla Oblongata serves to connect the spinal cord and the brain.
THYROID GLAND - Throat Chakra:The pituitary gland controls the release of thyroid hormones. Thyroid hormones also help maintain normal blood pressure, heart rate, digestion, muscle tone, and reproductive functions. The neck area is where we take in air, inhaling and exhaling. It is the bridge through which the breath must pass in order that we may live. Spirit comes into us through the in-breath, and on the out-breath we release what is no longer needed. Deep breathing can revitalize the thyroid/parathyroid glands as well as the whole body, bringing in life-force energy, calm and serenity.
From the brain stem emerges the 7 Cervical vertabra, known as C1 through C7. The thyroid gland resonates with the Cervical vertebrae. This section of the spine resonates with the Thyroid/Cervical tuning fork frequency. Spinal nerves, bone, tissue and fluids can be favorably affected by this frequency.
THYMUS GLAND - Heart Charkra:
The thymus gland is located in the upper part of the chest, specifically in front and above the heart behind the sternum. It produces T-lymphocytes (T-cells), white blood cells that fight infections and destroy abnormal cells. It is considered the master gland of a healthy immune system.
Science has proven that T-cell count increases when we are feeling the emotions of love. It is directly affected by our ability to give and receive love. When we are feeling bitter, angry, or hateful towards ourselves or another, our ability to fight infection and disease is reduced. A healthy thymus gland is directly connected to the development of compassion and loving kindness.
The Thorasic vertebrae are called T1 through T12. The thymus gland resonates with the upper Thorasic vertebrae, T1 through T6.
This section of the spine resonates with the Thymus/Upper Throasic tuning fork frequency. Spinal nerves, bone, tissue and fluids can be favorably affected by this frequency.
PANCREAS GLAND - Solar Plexus Chakra:The pancreas gland is an elongated organ located diagonally across the back of the abdomen, slightly below and behind the stomach and in front of the spine. The pancreas plays two roles having both digestive and hormonal functions. One part of the pancreas, the exocrine pancreas, secretes digestive enzymes. The other part of the pancreas, the endocrine pancreas, secretes hormones that regulate the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood. Diabetes is a common ailment of a poorly functioning pancreas. Depending on the type of diabetes, this can be remedied by exercise, dietary changes and stress reduction.
The qualities of this Chakra including self-esteem, happiness, empowerment, concentration, focus, intellect and confidence. It also regulates how we let sweetness into our life.
The pancreas gland resonates with the lower Thorasic vertebrae, T7 through T12, and the Lumbar vertebrae L1 through L5.
This section of the spine resonates with the Pancreas/Lower Thorasic & Lumbar tuning fork frequency. Spinal nerves, bone, tissue and fluids can be favorably affected by this frequency.
GONADS - Sacral Chakra:The gonads are the ovaries in a woman and testes in a man. They are the main source of sex hormones, which are the chemicals that secrete the essences for new life via eggs and sperm. They create our feminine and masculine characteristics, respectively. There is a direct connection between the ovaries and the adrenal glands. Adrenal fatigue and affect a woman's menstrual cycle.
The triangular shaped Sacrum (meaning "sacred bone") consists of 5 vertebrae in an adult after age 25, at which time it usually becomes fused. In a child 0-26, it consists of four or five sacral vertebrae.
This section of the spine resonates with the Gonads/Sacrum tuning fork frequency. Spinal nerves, bone, tissue and fluids can be favorably affected by this frequency.
ADRENAL GLANDS - Root Chakra:The pair of adrenal glands, also referred to as the supra-renal glands, are are triangular-shaped glands located on top of each kidney. Adrenal glands work hand-in-hand with the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
The adrenal glands are made up of two parts. The outer part is called the adrenal cortex, and the inner part is called the adrenal medulla.
The adrenal cortex produces hormones that regulate the body's metabolism, the balance of salt, potassium and water in the body, the immune system, and sexual function. It is also responsible for the production of cortisol, which regulates glucose levels and inflammation of tissue.
The adrenal medulla produces hormones that help the body cope with physical and emotional stress by increasing the heart rate and blood pressure.
The adrenal glands are related to the Root Chakra. The adrenal glands are intimately involved with our absorbtion of vital pranic life force energy in the ethers all around us. This prana restores our adrenal glands, keeping them vital.
Balanced, healthy adrenal glands will help us stay grounded, feel vitality, feel calmly focused and alert, provide support to our parasympathetic nervous system whose job is to restore our body, and allow us to take in vital life-force energy from the ethers. The adrenal glands are located just underneath the 11th and 12th ribs (the last 2 ribs) on the back plus a little bit beyond the ribs and about 1/3 of the way out from the spine.
The Coccyx (tailbone) consists of 4 fused vertebra and is located at the end of the spinal column and resonate with the adrenal glands.
This section of the spine resonates with the Adrenals/Coccyx tuning fork frequency. Spinal nerves, bone, tissue and fluids can be favorably affected by this frequency.
